Rate Update Announcement

Hello Everyone,

As we move toward the new year, my practice is continuing to grow in ways I’m deeply grateful for. Over the past two years I’ve expanded my training, added new certifications, and refined the work I offer so I can support you with the highest level of care possible.

To stay aligned with the depth of this work and the rising costs of running a healing practice, I’ll be updating my session rates beginning January 1, 2026. This shift helps me continue offering spacious, grounded, high-quality one-on-one sessions while opening room for something I’m really excited about: regular breathwork groups, themed healing workshops, and deeper immersive experiences.

New rates (effective Jan 1, 2026):
30 minutes – $75
60 minutes – $135
90 minutes – $195
120 minutes – $260
