This Breathwork Session is an invitation to turn inward.
To pause the noise, step out of performance mode, and give yourself permission to listen. Not to what’s expected of you — but to what’s actually true for you. This is a space for self-inquiry, where curiosity replaces pressure and awareness replaces self-judgment.
Through rhythmic, high-energy breathwork, the nervous system begins to soften its grip on fear, habit, and protective patterns that no longer serve you. As the breath deepens, what’s been holding you back — self-doubt, old stories, unspoken resistance — has room to surface, move, and release. Not forcefully. Honestly.
This is where clarity starts: not by figuring yourself out, but by feeling what’s real.
What to Expect:
• Simple guidance to help you settle inward and focus your attention
• A continuous breathwork journey that opens access to deeper awareness
• Space for insight, emotion, and physical release in a grounded, supportive environment
The Experience:
This isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming someone else. It’s about remembering who you are beneath the noise and noticing what’s been standing in the way. People often leave with a stronger sense of direction, a clearer relationship with their fears, and a deeper understanding of what they want — and what they’re ready to let go of.
This is self-discovery, facilitated through the body.
A chance to meet yourself honestly, and take the next step from there.

Make Friends, Make Change.
Join us at the Lighthouse for a night of terrible answers, questionable humor, and absolutely no need to be productive.
We’re breaking out Cards Against Humanity and spending the evening doing something wonderfully simple: laughing, relaxing, and enjoying each other’s company.
Come as you are. Bring your sense of humor. Leave the rest of the week at the door.
Snacks and drinks will be provided. Feel free to bring a favorite snack or drink to share if you’d like—but mostly, just bring yourself.
Fair warning: Cards Against Humanity is very much an adult game. Expect inappropriate, irreverent, and occasionally wildly offensive humor.
