To pause the noise, step out of performance mode, and give yourself permission to listen. Not to what’s expected of you — but to what’s actually true for you. This is a space for self-inquiry, where curiosity replaces pressure and awareness replaces self-judgment.

Through rhythmic, high-energy breathwork, the nervous system begins to soften its grip on fear, habit, and protective patterns that no longer serve you. As the breath deepens, what’s been holding you back — self-doubt, old stories, unspoken resistance — has room to surface, move, and release. Not forcefully. Honestly.

This is where clarity starts: not by figuring yourself out, but by feeling what’s real.

A nervous system tune-up before the streets get loud, the emotions run high, and the pressure to react kicks in. Before the chants, the crowds, the outrage, and the overwhelm, you get this time to clear what doesn’t belong to you and stabilize what does.

Think of it as clearing internal propaganda.
Sweeping out fear, static, and borrowed stress so you can stand grounded in your own body.

Through rhythmic, high-energy breathwork, your system releases stored tension, emotional residue, and the fight-or-flight charge that hijacks clarity. This isn’t about calming down into passivity — it’s about regulation without collapse. What’s left is space. Space to choose your response. Space to stay present. Space to hold power without burning out.

What to Expect:
• Simple guidance to ground your body and orient your nervous system
• A strong, continuous breathwork journey where the body leads and the mind steps aside
• Waves of sensation, emotion, movement, and release in a safe, supported container

Protest Prep Night

Make signs, Make Friends, Make Change.

Join us at the Lighthouse for an evening of creativity, solidarity, and fellowship! Come make protest signs for the March 28th No Kings Rally. This is a great opportunity to connect with others who share in the deep desire to see humanity win, who want abundance for all and who want to foster love and support in our communities.

Snacks, drinks and art supplies: markers, paints, poster boards, cardboard, and stencils will be provided. Bring your own if you like!
