Cancelation Policy
At The Lighthouse Healing Center your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client who may be waiting.
Appointments canceled 48 to 24 hours prior to your appointment will be charged 50% of the cost of your service.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
My livelihood depends on reserved appointment times, and last-minute cancellations often cannot be filled. I appreciate your understanding and respect for my time, just as I respect yours.
If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time so as not to delay the next client. If I have not received any communication from you within 20 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered a no-show.
Cancellation fees are waived for illness and emergencies. If you are experiencing a fever, cough, or other contagious symptoms, please stay home. I’m happy to help you reschedule your appointment once you are feeling well.
