Waking The Wild
At some point, you learned how to fit into a world that doesn’t really fit you.
Show up. Stay busy. Keep producing.
Measure your worth by what you do, not who you are.
And on the surface, it works.
But underneath, there’s a quiet resistance — some part of you refusing to settle.
It’s there, isn’t it?
That low, steady knowing:
there has to be more.
The way back isn’t found by fixing the world,
but by remembering who you truly are.
By exploring what’s been shaping you — the beliefs, the patterns, the emotions
— and finally giving them space to be heard.
What feels overwhelming and chaotic…
what you think is the worst part of your experience right now —
I’m here to tell you, it’s your lifeline.
It’s not working against you.
It’s trying to reach you.
Once you can hear it clearly,
you can’t go back to the way you were before.
You can pretend for a while…
but you’ll know too much.
You don’t need more time.
You don’t need more information.
You need a space to see clearly —
and find your way back to yourself.
If something in you is already saying yes…
the only question is… are you ready?
What this work opens up:
Clear, grounded boundaries that don’t rely on force or guilt
The ability to speak honestly and ask for what you need
A more accurate, compassionate view of yourself
Understanding your inner patterns instead of being run by them
Working with emotions like fear, anger, and jealousy instead of fighting them
Staying connected to others without losing yourself
A more balanced internal state — steady, responsive, and aware
Knowing what actually matters to you — and acting on it
How we work:
We start with what’s real for you in the moment — what you’re thinking, feeling, reacting to.
I’m listening carefully to what lies beneath your words.
The patterns.
The beliefs you picked up somewhere along the way.
The emotions that are kicking and screaming to be heard.
And then I point them out.
And together, we work with them.
We break the belief systems that are keeping you stuck.
We make sense of your emotions so they can actually support you.
We build boundaries that align with who you want to be — not just protect your peace.
Together, we dig.
Together, we discover.
What changes over time:
You feel more like yourself — steady, clear, and grounded
Your mood and energy become more consistent
You respond instead of react
Old emotional weight starts to lift
Boundaries become natural, not something you have to “try” to hold
You have more patience — for yourself and others
You become more resilient without hardening
Your awareness expands in a way that actually feels usable in daily life
Influences
This work has been shaped by a range of teachers and systems over the years.
Two of the strongest influences are Russ Hudson’s approach to the Enneagram, and the teachings of Bashar, channeled by Darryl Anka — particularly around belief systems, emotional guidance, and self-awareness.
